3 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms / easy parking right out the front and unrestricted.
The Space:
The hallway entrance with timber floorboards leads to the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas which open to the outdoor space on the one level. A bathroom and laundry is conveniently located on the ground floor, with Upstairs providing a master bedroom with ensuite, as well as two bedrooms (one with a double bed in place, the other with a single bed) and a third bathroom with a bath.
Guest Access:
Guests are most welcome to enjoy the property. The only 2 rooms in the house that will be inaccessible are the front rooms on the ground floor.
For security purposes, check-in details will be emailed to confirmed guests 2 days before arrival for an easy smooth fast check-in. Kindly make sure you have submitted the security form with all the valid ID's of all adult guests staying so that you receive a seamless check-in experience :)
The Neighborhood:
The house is suited in a quiet cul-de-sac adjoining the beautiful and multi faceted Waverley Park. It is a short walk to Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte Beaches to the east and Bondi Junction, Centennial Park, Woollahra and Paddington and to the west.
Getting Around:
The house adjoins a street which has available unrestricted parking. If there happens to be no street parking available, the house includes a 4-5m wide crossover which can be used exclusively if required.
Bondi Junction interchange is a 10 min walk, providing access to anywhere on Sydney's bus and train networks.
Other Things to Note:
All guest are required to complete an online insurance / security form. This step involves uploading an ID and a selfie holding the ID to verify the booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
