Positive: Location and room. Was upgraded to a SUITE! Lovely suite that made you feel like you were a VIP! Views were nothing to shout about though but I had no complaints because of the upgrade. Staff also offered a late check out without me asking for one!

Negative: Gym closed at 10am. Would have been good if they had opened it 24/7. Perhaps management would also consider having Netflix. Many channels available but mostly Korean ones.

Summary: The hotel was luxurious and made our stay memorable
