Positive: I travel a lot, but this is honestly the first time in my life that I have experienced a hotel like this. From the moment I arrived, everything was exceptional. Mr. Grigoris, the owner, is one of the kindest and most welcoming people I have ever met. He made me feel as if I were staying in my own home rather than in a hotel. The attention to detail is simply incredible. The cleanliness deserves 5 stars — honestly, I would give it 50 stars if I could! The hotel is luxurious, beautifully maintained, and filled with lovely details. You have everything you could possibly need: coffee and all the essentials, tea, Nescafé, tissues, and even a bottle of water waiting for you in the fridge. What makes this place truly special is the personal touch. Mr. Grigoris welcomed me with a smile and a cup of freshly made espresso. He was also kind enough to allow me to check in early, which I really appreciated. Even the smallest details have been carefully considered. The entire building smells wonderful, with beautiful fragrances throughout the elevator, rooms, and common areas. The bed was extremely comfortable, and despite going to sleep quite late, I was able to rest peacefully without being disturbed. When it was finally time to leave, I apologized to Mr. Grigoris for checking out late, but he simply said goodbye with a big smile and even asked me if I would like a cup of coffee before leaving. That small gesture says everything about the level of hospitality here. This is not just an ordinary hotel. It genuinely feels like a home away from home, with the comfort, cleanliness, luxury, and personal attention of a five-star property. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a place where you will feel truly welcomed and cared for, look no further. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
