• The home is set across two levels with internal stairs.
• There are apartment buildings in the neighborhood; however, the area is very quiet (they all face the water).
• Garage parking may be available on request.
• This is a residential property and is not suitable for functions.
• This is the owner's primary residence. There may be some personal items left at the property. We will need at least 5 days' lead time before booking.
• Exclusively and professionally managed by Property Providers based locally in Seaforth.
• Solar panels with a 48kw battery (Not sure you need this depending on who pays for electricity.
• Off street parking for two cars in the driveway.
• Gas fireplace in the upstairs lounge and a gas Rinai heater in the downstairs lounge.
• Please note there is building work underway at the property behind us on Pavillion Street. Works are well underway and are expected to be largely complete by August, however occasional construction noise may be heard during standard daytime hours.
